Common Sense (Museo Caracol) Eggs and ecology

Those who live in Ensenada, BC we have seen recently has evolved to build the Museum Caracol, which is planned to be the first museum "formal" in the city, until then everything was fine except that those who approved the construction project did not think the museum is on the main boulevard of the city where hundreds of cars pass daily, pedestrians (especially tourists) left the rear of the museum (a huge wall map) view this Boulevard. Stupid.
It has argued that the main facade overlooking the sea (!), but how not to harmonize with existing buildings (Riviera, CEART) and create a well-planned recreation area? or simply do not obstruct the ocean view and take advantage of using glass and metal structure.
The time is ripe to do something great (swell, yachts, boats, spectacular sunsets, the bay!). We have seen hundreds of examples of modern architectural design, functional and economically feasible, especially in magazines, television, internet, but it seems they are very far from our reach, or at least the heads of those who authorized the construction Caracol Museum. Definitely common sense.
